Despite it being their first day back open, they had the routine in place and the visit had a smooth flow. The waiting list app and notifications got me there two minutes early, and I waited less than 5 minutes for my cut. The stylist cut it exactly how I wanted it, and protocols for pandemic safety were followed by all. Thank you for opening back up and being so prepared to deal with the rush of people who wanted haircuts today!

Very disappointed -I probably will not go back to this location ,unfortunately now on two different occasions I showed up for a hair cut around noon during the week and there is a long wait. Seems to me one hairstylist on duty is not enough.

When I got there the place was packed (which I guess is good thing. They must be good). The waiting area was comfortable and after a few minutes one of the ladies informed me that they had a Glory Hole in the back. I killed some time at the Glory hole and then they called me to get my hair cut and blown. I was very happy to be blown twice in one day!
